Texas Governor Greg Abbott never lets you wonder where he stands. He is a true Texan through and through. I can't wait for the day he starts flying the "Come and Take It: flag over the capital.  Over the past several months we have seen Governor Greg Abbott come to the defense of Texas and Texans like never before.

He has taken much criticism for opening up Texas 100%. He stood up for law enforcement when Texas cities wanted to defend police departments. And here lately we have been dealing with the migrant crisis. We are not even a border town and the federal government decided to put two of the migrant holding facilities in our area. As we all came to learn in the 11th hour of it happening.

Greg Abbott and AG Ken Paxton have filed multiple law suits against the federal government trying to protect the rights of not only Texans but Americans too.

One thing that Greg Abbott has seemed not to do is to play into this whole cancel culture crap and if you don't believe look at his latest stand. Earlier in the day he posted this to his social media. Telling MLB thanks but, no thanks.

He was supposed to throw out the ceremonious first pitch a the Texas Rangers home opener, he was all about it until the MLB wanted to play politics and move the All Star Game out of Atlanta because of their new voting laws.

Governor Greg Abbott:

I was looking forward to throwing out the first pitch at the Texas Rangers' home opening game until

MLB

adopted what has turned out to be a false narrative about Georgia's election law reforms.

It is shameful that America's pastime is being influenced by partisan politics.
