Here are some random google reviews from the store in Midland...

YUMMY! Fast, friendly, yummy food at a great price. I fed my family of five for as much as a burger meal would cost. We had the Hibachi steak, the portion size was generous! Thanks Tokyo Express for offering a delicious fast food alternative! We’ll be back!

We tried Tokyo Express today and it was wonderful! We were greeted at the door with many smiling faces! We had their Hibachi Steak. It was made fresh to order. The steak, vegetables, and fried rice were seasoned and cooked well! We will definitely be coming back and can’t wait to try more on the menu!

Very good sushi , dumplings nice and crunchy , lo mein is delicious! Chicken fried rice was a 3/5 but nice experience over all

We tried Tokyo Express out after their opening because we like new places to eat, especially in Midland. Chose the Vegetarian Delight and the Vegetable Lo Mein. Well this place didn’t disappoint. We have eaten at some of the beat places in San Francisco and Austin and the food here rivals that of others. Great food. Definitely will eat here again

Look forward to trying it out in Odessa.
