On February 4th, 1974, Dolly Parton released her 13th solo album titled, "Jolene."  "Jolene would go on to become Dolly's second number-one hit and would also be inducted into the GRAMMY Hall of Fame. She wrote Jolene about a woman who was working at the bank and would flirt with her husband Carl. She said there was no way she was going to let her take her man. Dolly Parton and her husband Carl have been married for 57 years. In honor of the album turning 50 years old this year, Dolly's camp is offering some exclusive Jolene merchandise. The Jolene shirt features a picture of Dolly Parton and her husband Carl. What is really unique about this is no one has every really seen her husband Carl.

The album also featured a song that would become a number-one hit during four decades: "I Will Always Love You." As you know Elvis wanted "I Will Always Love You," but Colonel Parker wanted Dolly to sell the rights to the song to Elvis but she wouldn't do it. Dolly actually wrote "I Will Always Love You" for Porter Wagner because she was leaving the Porter Wagner show. As you know, Whitney Houston made it a number-one hit in the 90s when the song was featured on "The Bodyguard" soundtrack. "The Bodyguard" featured Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston,
