Hotel Santa Rita is locally financed by a group of investors and foundations who love our community understanding the needs of residents/travelers.

Named after Santa Rita #1 which was the first proof that oil existed in the Permian Basin.  The Hotel Santa Rita is not simply about an oil well, but the spirit of the people who believed in it, believed in the impossible.

The hotel is located at 300 W. Texas Ave. hosting 135 rooms, 8,000 SF Ballroom, 4 separate meeting rooms, a 4,000 SF restaurant and bar capable of seating 185 people.

The parking facility is open to the public with retail space on the first floor.

This project will not burden the taxpayers with any additional or increased taxes. Incentives provided by the City of Midland through the Midland Development Corporation are based on performance.
