Let me start by saying my track record is not too shabby, I do feel I was instrumental in bringing Chuy's to the 432. I manifested it. lol I've been saying for years I wish Chuy's would come to either Midland or Odessa and boom it will be open in Midland off of loop 250 in about a month or so. So I'm going to give this a shot.

I was in the Metroplex over the weekend and while eating at 3 of my absolute favorite places there, I thought why can't we have any of these in the Permian Basin? In-N-Out Burger, Pappasito's Mexican Cantina and Babe's Chicken Dinner House.

Hear me out, I get it. I know Whataburger is a religion here in Texas and I am 100% on board but can a girl get options? I.love.my.In-N-Out. At midnight before heading home for the night it hits different. A cheeseburger combo with no onions and a chocolate shake for me, a double-double all the way, vanilla shake and a root beer for my honey.

Babe's Chicken Dinner House-this one OMG hits the spot every time. You choose how many pieces of fried chicken, chicken fried steak, chicken tenders you want and they come through with the sides. Mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, green beans, a salad with dressing that is to die for, and some biscuits. I cannot. We need a Babe's in Midland-Odessa!

Pappasito's Cantina-If you haven't had some Pappasito's tex-mex in your life, have you even lived? The plato with a little bit of everything is life. Check out the massive taco on the plate (you may not be able to tell but it is larger than normal), the enchiladas are great, rice and charro beans, love it all!

Or if you are a fajita lover, the beef fajitas are my favorite item on the menu. Throw in a couple of shrimp brochette and I may never leave. The tortillas are homemade, the queso is fabulous, can you tell I love this place?
