I noticed that our neighbors up north are getting a new brunch place and I got to thinking...that is something, in my opinion, we don't have enough of. Lubbock is getting a Snooze an A.M. Eatery and I am here for it! Anytime I go to San Antonio, which is often, my family knows we are eating Snooze breakfast almost every morning we are there. Did you see the picture of my food? Enough said.

Let me start by saying my track record is not too shabby, I do feel I was instrumental in bringing Chuy's to the 432. I manifested it. lol I've been saying for years I wish Chuy's would come to either Midland or Odessa and boom it will be open in Midland off of loop 250 in about a month or so. So I'm going to give this a shot.
I remember growing up in the '80s eating some really good food with my parents. Well, to my little adolescent self, it was good anyway. It was typically a weekend thing, do some shopping in Odessa or Midland, then go to a restaurant of mom or dad's choice. They didn't ask me. I would eat at McDonald's every day back in the day if I could. lol
If you have lived in the Permian for all or most of your life, you know of all the restaurants that have come and gone. We have had some good ones over the years, and we also have our mainstays. We have our favorites that we visit regularly, the place where everybody knows your name and what your drink and food order will be.
