I am not a big holiday show watcher. Every now and then I will catch one but I am not a Hallmark movie watcher but last I did watch the NBC special of the lighting of the tree in Rockefeller Center and then followed by the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular.

I was totally amazed by the Rockettes and their performance. So forever I just thought they did they kick line thing. I don't know what all I thought they did but I never knew they did all the routines they did. I was in total awe of the amazement of their performance.

When they did their number as the toy soldiers from The Nutcracker, I was glued to the TV.

Here are a few things I learned form watching the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular:

1. I will ever be tall enough to be a Rockette

2. I will never be coordinated enough to be a Rockette. Their synchronicity is unbelievable. I would be the one to turn the wrong way or make they wrong step. There is so much precision in their performance.

I have been to New York City, I have seen the tree in Rockefeller Center and walked by Radio City Music Hall but I never thought about going to see the Rockettes. That will definitely be on my must see list the next time I am in New York.

I was thinking about this last night as I was watching the shows. When you think about going to NYC you think about going to see plays and shows and right now you can't do any of that. So many industries are hurting so bad and so many people are out of work that we don't even thing about.  Hopefully soon things will get back to normal.
