The Great Debate: Ritz Crackers or Saltines–Gunner
Every morning at 8:10am, Gwen and I face-off on a new topic, and we're always on opposite sides. The question is--who's side are YOU on? Could be about anything--so far it's been about things like Favorite Chips and whether or not they belong on a sandwich, Whether or not Pets belong in Bed with you at night, and so much more! Sound off in the comments section below and tell us YOUR opinion, and who you think presented their side of the argument the best.
Today--it's all about which snack cracker is better--Saltines--or my favorite--RITZ!! I will concede to Gwen that saltines DO go better in things like chili or soup... But when it comes to dipping.... Doesn't matter if it's ranch, sour cream and onion, four cheese--heck, even ready whip cheese whiz--RITZ are the champs every. single. time!
And don't even get me started on the different cheeses you can slice and add to the tops. American is always great--reminds me of being a kid. And of course--ya gotta flip the cracker over so the salty side is on the bottom when it hits your tongue!!! The best part about RITZ? They're awesome even if there is NO topping and NO dip--ALL BY THEMSELVES.
I'm not a Saltines hater though. I do like them with the salthy side down, butter on the dry side--and especially dipped in the broth of Minestrone soup... (Y'all should have seen Gwen's face in the studio when I told her I liked that! Priceless!).
