Odessa Police Department Are Hosting A Free Block Party This Saturday

Nothing brings a community together than a great block party. This Saturday, September 25th, the Odessa Police Department are hosting a free block party. `

This free event will be from 10am until 2pm tomorrow at Jim Parker Park on University in Odessa.

The event will include free food, games, raffle, pet vaccinations, and give aways. Give aways include a "55 inch TV, a chrome book, a table, smartwatch, Fitbit, portable blue tooth speaker, and over 60 gift cards.

The weather is going to be great, so take the family out for a day of fun with the Odessa Police department. Law Enforcement will be on hang for you and your family to interact and get know those who protect and serve the community. Law Enforcement get such a bad wrap these days and that is so sad. You should never teach your children to be afraid of law enforcement. You should teach them that law enforcement is always there to help.
