A First For The World Series Since 1944
For the first time since 1944, the World Series of Baseball will be held in one place. Confirmed yesterday by the Texas Rangers VP and the Mayor of Arlington.
All seven games, if it takes that many, of the W
orld Series will be played in one place. This has not happened since 1944, during WWII.
The NLDS will play their divisional games in Houston and Arlington and then the ALDS will play their games in San Diego and Los Angles.
The decision was wake to help prevent the exposure of the players to COVID-19.
As of now there has been no word on fans being allowed to attend these events.
