Traffic Alert West Bound 191 Is Closed

If you take 191 west towards Odessa from Midland for your morning commute, you are going to have to find another way.

Hwy 191 and the frontage road are still closed after last night's high speed chase, that ended in a shooting.

You will need to take Hwy 80 or some other route if you are needing to get to Odessa this morning.
