I am so excited I made my first crawfish pie yesterday. I love anything with crawfish in it. I am not real big on boiled crawfish because I don't like to do all the work. LOL

You give me just the tails and I am a happy girl. I have had crawfish pie before, but I have never made my own. It was pretty easy.

I had crawfish tails in my freezer so I decided to just do it! Here is the receipe

Crawfish tails, onion, bell pepper, celery and a can of cream of mushroom soup, butter and a pie crust.

Cook all of the ingredients in a pan, cook your bottom pie crust in the oven for 5 minutes, add your filling and place your topping. Be sure to cut slices in the top pie crust so it can breathe. Put your pie back in the oven for about 30 minutes and you are good to go.

I was so excited, I couldn't wait to eat it. I'd have to say I did a pretty good job.
