The Midland Wellness Tour Begins Today

Midland Memorial Hospital, has teamed up with local organizations to bring you the 2017 Wellness Tour. The Wellness Tour, is a four day event that has activities for the entire family, to promote healthy living.

The Wellness tour will be taking place Wednesday, August 16th through Saturday, August 19th. This event promotes health and wellness in Midland and encourages healthy behaviors, health awareness and wellness activities throughout the entire weekend at various locations across Midland.

You can enjoy free events and workout classes, discounts at participating restaurants, and health screenings.

One of the big of the day is the Wet and Wild with the Midland Fire Dept.
