If you travel from Pecos to Orla or Orla to Pecos, pleased be advised construction will be going on for the next five month.

State highway 285 will be under construction from Pecos to Orla. The construction with start from south to north, and then north to south.

Please be advised that the speed limit will be reduced to 45 miles per hour.
