Pro-Football Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw has listed his 744-acre ranch in Loving County, Oklahoma, just about 70 miles north of Dallas/Fort Worth.

Terry Bradshaw was drafted in 1970 by the Pittsburgh Steelers and would become their starting quarterback in his second season. He would remain their quarterback until his final game in 1983. Terry Bradshaw was inducted into the Pro Football Hall Of Fame in 1989. Now Terry can be found on Sundays on Fox's NFL Sunday.

Now let's get back to Terry selling his 744-acre ranch. As I said before the Bradshaw ranch is located just about 70 miles north of DFW in Loving County Oklahoma. Its actual name is the Terry Bradshaw Quarter Horse Ranch. The house itself if 8,600 square feet. Terry and his customized their ranch over the years but have decided to downsize.

Terry Bradshaw told USA Today it was a big decision to sell the ranch:

“Tammy and I are both sad to leave this great big ranch and our wonderful home which has been our idyllic retreat of so many years, however, it is time that we slowed down a little, freeing us up to travel more, as well as enjoy new grandchildren, family, and other interests,” Bradshaw said. The two-story main house has 6 bedrooms, and a massive kitchen built with a rustic design of woods and rock. Outside you will find a large pool with a 1,000-square-foot patio complete with a full outdoor kitchen.

The ranch comes complete with a 2,600-square foot manager's house, a four-bedroom bunkhouse, an office with a full kitchen and bath, state of art breeding facility, a covered arena, and multiple horse barns. The barns include a stallion barn, a mare barn, a show barn, and a weanling barn.

The ranch is for sale for a steal of $22.5 million. If you are interested have your realtor contact the Icon Group because the ranch had a buyer that fell through so it could be all yours.
