Please remember the three P's, pets, plants, and pipes.  The weather is only going to get worse. Here is a statement from the National Weather Service Midland: 

Freezing drizzle is ongoing along of and east of the Pecos River this morning. Many of these locations remain under a Winter Weather Advisory. A light glaze of ice is possible with this freezing drizzle. The advisory and precipitation end later this afternoon.
