Seeing a dog makes my day so much better, especially when it’s my own dogs, but if a dog in Texas is wearing a yellow bandana that is your indication to give him or her some space. So, I must admit I am a huge fan of pets, most specifically dogs, but I like cats too. The trustful people at Reader’s Digest published the details about dogs wearing yellow bandanas and what that means. The article said that a yellow bandana attached to a dogs collar, neck, or tied to their leash is there to let people know that they need to stay away. Be Careful As You Approach Any Dog

I’m a gigantic fan of rescue dogs, and all dogs for that matter. But even my princess at home (my older Boxer dog named Gypsy) can act aggressive at times. So, you need to remember that all dogs need to feel comfortable, be very careful as you approach any dog that you’re not already familiar with. The dog will probably love to meet you and give you kisses but give them time to get comfortable with you and your smells first.

To prepare yourself for a potential incident, always keep your vet's phone number handy, along with an after-hours clinic you can call in an emergency. The ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center also has a hotline you can call at (888) 426-4435 for advice.

Even with all of these resources, however, the best cure for food poisoning is preventing it in the first place. To give you an idea of what human foods can be dangerous, Stacker has put together a slideshow of 30 common foods to avoid. Take a look to see if there are any that surprise you.
