How to get $9000 easy? I have a rich relative in Africa

The email scam has now moved to our phones I suspect?  I received a call yesterday saying they had $9000 for me due to a bank "windfall".  The woman had an african-ish accent.  Due to the language barrier, the conversation didn't go far.  I did say "Sure, send me the money"!  We really have to be wary.  As you have probably heard, if it sounds to easy, it probably is,
