Standing water can cause several problems

Besides all the germs and filth, our drainage problem in Midland-Odessa can help breed fire ants,  Ever been bitten by one?  Worse yet, a bunch?  I won't be sticking around to see.  It was hard enough to stand in the water, but I had to, to toss my garbage in the dumpster.
