Over the course of time since our Founding Fathers set laws into motion, taking this from a lawless land to the land of civility and accountability; from a time where man roamed the countryside doing whatever his will led him to, to the age where he was Governed by laws and told what was ok and what wasn't... There were certain laws on the books that were never removed, even after enough time had passed where they became no longer necessary or obsolete. Doesn't matter what state you're in, or what city. They exist everywhere. Some fun ones in Texas that are still valid and on the books, even though they aren't actively enforced:
