Your cable provider cares about you, “we really do”.

Their employees admit it, we all know it, you don't have a lot of choices for TV viewing and that the provider doesn't care.

I have been dealing with cable issues for 7 months.  The list of problems and poor service is endless.  I took this photo in the yard of the cable sticking out of the ground.  It's not supposed to be like this, right?
