Work perks we don’t have in the US

Other parts of the world have work perks most of us don't have in the US

One that I found interesting, sleeping on the job in China is a reason for your boss to praise you.  You are "dedicated".  Business meetings in the sauna.

In parts of Europe, you can refuse to work more than 48 hours a week.  I wouldn't know what to do with myself, only working 48 hours/week.
