What would make the perfect job?

I was thinking and discussing with a co-worker as to what would make the perfect job?

Your thoughts?

I started a list of things I would want in a perfect work scenario.

1.  Salary I want

2.  6 weeks of vacation per year

3.  4 day work week (not possible in radio)

4.  Good boss.  We all answer to someone.  A boss I can trust and has my back

5.  Co-workers who mind their own business.  Don't meddle

6.  ten minute commute

7.  coffee provided.  Free food on occasion

That is just the start of my list!
