This drone photo from Houston is brutal

I found this drone photo on Chron.com.  Not being there (And no way would I want to be) it is hard...and painful, to imagine.

I saw a picture yesterday which was of an interstate, but it looked like the middle of the Gulf.  This picture is bad enough.
