Even Superman has a bad day and needs time to recharge. Sometimes you feel like giving up and that's ok. Not one person can be 100 percent on top of their game all the time. At some point in time they have a moment, no one may ever see it but it happens.

I don't know who needs to hear this right now, maybe I do, but it's going to be ok. You know the old saying "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" or "God won't give you more than you can handle." Well I think I should be in the considered for one of the world's strongest people and God must be trying to see just how much I can handle.

I want you to know that if you are going through something right now, you are not alone. Even if you feel alone, I promise somewhere someone in the world is feeling the exact same way that you are and that's ok.  It is ok to cry, it's ok to scream, it's ok to let it all out. I am the type of person who tries to hold everything in and be in control of everything until I can't anymore and I completely lose it. I always try to handle everything on my own and deal with everything myself, and that is not healthy. It will literally kill you from the inside out.

My grandma used to always say nerves were  people's problems and I always thought that was crazy until now. She wasn't talking about actual nerves she was talking about your feelings on the inside.

If you are out there today and you feel like giving up, remember the sun always shines after the rain. Don't give up! If you can just hold on something is else is far greater on the other side. Please don't let despair and depression get the best of you, find someone to talk to, whether it's someone at church, or at work, maybe it's the homeless man on the corner, maybe it's an online chat group or a 1-800 number. It doesn't matter where you reach out to, just reach out. And for people on the opposite end, always be sensitive to those who are trying to reach out. Because the people that people that need someone the most are the people who are too afraid to reach out.

Be kind to one another! And for once think about someone other than yourself.
