Homesnacks.com has studied and ranked every type of city, neighborhood, or state throughout the country for 5 years now. Using publicly available information from the FBI and the US census bureau they were able to determine the richest cities in Texas. 

The fine folks at HomeSnacks described their criteria for judgment like this:
