Odessa Chef To Compete On Beat Bobby Flay

A dream come true! Chef Alejandro of Curb Side Bistro is competing on Food Network's Beat Bobby Flay.

Chef Alejandro is the owner of Curb Side Bistro in Odessa. Curb Side Bistro started out as a food truck and grew into a permanent spot, while being able to keeping the food truck. Curb Side Bistro is known for their gourmet sliders and other great dishes.

Chef Alejandro announced on Curb Side Bistro's FaceBook earlier to day that he would be appearing on the April 27th episode of Beat Bobby Flay.

Beat Bobby Flay is a show where two contestants face off in cooking challenges, the winner gets a chance to beat famous chef Bobby Flay with one of there signature dishes.

You will also find that Chef Alejandro is very active in the community. During the holidays Curb Side Bistro provides free meals to those in need. They are also very active with  other organizations in the community.

It's so exciting to see  local people and people you do business with get opportunities of a life time. I am so happy for Chef Alejandro. I have a friend from college who decided to start baking and cakes and now she has a huge cake business and even compete on cake wars.
