My First MRI

I have been scared to death to ever have an MRI and yesterday I had to face my fear and have my first MRI.

I am extremely claustrophobic and small tight spaces will cause me to have a panic attack.  I almost wasn't didn't get my MRI. The very sweet, very kind woman that was doing my MRI tried to calm me down and I thought I couldn't do it until they started sending me in the tunnel. I was about to go and couldn't do it. I told her "stop I can't do it."

The kind nurse talked me down and I finally sucked it up and said let's do it and get it over with.

I made it through thankfully I got to feet first instead of head first.

Nothing is wrong with me, I hurt my back and my doctor just wanted to take a closer look.
