Know any of these folks?

I haven't been here long enough to know many people.  You may recognize some of the folks on Santa's "Naughty list"?

I pulled the story from News West 9.  Likely the list came from the Odessa Police Department.

I wonder if some of these criminals like seeing themselves on the most wanted list, especially if it's on a billboard?
