According to the Austin Business Journal, Kevin Fowler's 5 Million dollar Wimberley, Texas Rustic Ranch has been up for grabs since October 2016. If you want to own the 131.5 acre estate, all you have to do pony up $4,995,000. I think that's a steal for this beautiful ranch that has held weddings and benefits since Fowler bought it in 2012.
