Recently the weather has been crazy around the United States with lots of snow storms and freezing temperatures so naturally there's only a few things you can do. Making snowmen, having snowball fights, and eating the snow are just a few things you can do but recently eating snow has come under fire.

Without Her Spoon

A video on TikTok has gone viral for one of America's most beloved actresses, Reese Witherspoon, after she made an edible recipe involving snow. The recipe itself is very simple and involves snow (obviously), salted caramel syrup, chocolate syrup, and a bit of cold brew. Sounds delicious and we all trust Reese Witherspoon's suggestions because she makes us happy and happy people don't shoot their husbands. But why is there some backlash against this recipe? Well it's in the main ingredient.

Don't Eat the Snow!

People are stating that Reese Witherspoon shouldn't be eating the snow because the snow is dirty and she should melt it to see for herself. Well after melting the snow into water and not seeing anything Reese Witherspoon delivered some very wise words of wisdom.

"you only live once."

It's those iconic words that changed the world.

Can You Eat Snow?

So the big question remains can you eat snow and the answer is simple. Do what you want! Reese Witherspoon did state that when she was a kid they would eat snow and drink from the water hose and I did too so why not? It's suggested that if you do choose to eat snow that you eat snow as far away from the ground as possible and it has to be that fluffy fresh snow.

Obviously don't eat the yellow snow and definitely do not eat brown snow and eat any snow at your own risk. What other recipes can you make using snow? Well we have a few suggestions below.
