I really like fast foods, but shouldn’t

Who would know better what NOT to order, than the employees of the restaurants?

I always feel if I order chicken, I am doing better.  Healthier.  Not always.

I sometimes think (mistakingly, I admit) that eating chips and dip at home is much better than drive thru fast food.  When I see restaurant employees with their hands directly on the food, I cringe
