I Am Unapologetically Who I Am
I am unapologetically who I am and I am not changing. I believe the way I believe and no one can change that. Like Aaron Tippin said, "You've got to stand for something or you will fall for anything."
I love how people love to throw stones at me and know nothing about me at all. People automatically assume things about me but have never met me.
Am I outspoken? Yes! Do I speak my mind? Yes! Am I going to stand up for what I believe in? Yes!
First and foremost I am a Christian and was raised on the word of God. I will be the first one to tell you, I am not the perfect Christian and I sin every single day, I am human. People say that God calls Christians to help others and you are correct, but God also says you must follow the laws of the land. I am not going to sit here and defend myself as to what I do to help people in need, because it's none of anyone's business. But I will tell I am one of the most generous people you will ever meet.
People keep saying I am changing, and I am becoming something different. Here is what is happening: I am separating myself from the crowd and going against the flow. If no one stands up for what is right because it doesn't follow the rules of society nothing will change. I am so tired of having to bow down because it doesn't go with the current wave of society.
It's not my fault others don't have the same platform as I do to express their beliefs. I will also never disrespect someone else for their beliefs. That is the beauty of America, we are free to chose what we believe in and how we live our lives. You are entitled to yours and I am entitled to mine. We don't have to agree. For example if you agree with Fox News then you watch Fox News, If you believe what CNN says then you watch CNN. It's pretty simple.
If you wonder why I was so upset yesterday about what is happening in Midland, it's because someone else's agenda is being forced on us and that is not right. We can't even take care of all of the people here in Midland County or Texas or America, how is it our job to take care of people who don't live here. This administration is not trying to uphold a democracy, they are trying to be tyrants who enforce socialism and that is something I will not stand for.
Do not be sheep and refuse to see that our rights are being taken away one by one. If you don't know history, it is bound to repeat it's self. If you are wondering what is happening in today's world, pick up a history book.
But I will never apologize for who I am, how I was raised, or what I believe in. And, you can bet on the fact that I will be vocal and stand up for what I believe in.
