A few days ago, I received an email from St. Jude Children's Research Hospital that made me smile...a lot.  If you're a current St. Jude Partner in Hope, perhaps you received it, too.

Over the course of the last 25 years, KICKS 105 listeners have given around $1.5 million dollars to help kids fight cancer through our St. Jude Radiothons.  During these two-day events, Sean Ericson and I try our best to paint a picture of the wonderful and Godly things that are being done at this hospital.  We talk about how your donations are used for such things as those cool Radio Flyer red wagons, groceries for children's parents, and much, much more.  Most importantly, your generosity helps children beat cancer, and since that research is shared freely, countless children are alive today and celebrating milestones because of those $19 a month donations.

So, with that as a backdrop, take a look at the collage of pictures below.  This wonderful before and after mural of the Class of 2022 shows kids while they were receiving treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and then corresponding photos after their cancer has gone into remission and therefore allowing them to graduate.

Take a good, long look and smile.  If you have ever donated to our KICKS 105 Radiothon, you made this possible.  In fact, you made this possible for thousands of other kids.  Numerous teenagers were able to walk across the stage and receive their diplomas because you cared enough to give.

There have been so many bad things flooding the news as of late, that I thought it would be nice to pass along what happens when you have a giving heart.
