Free Concert! Don’t Miss Awaken The Desert This Weekend

Rock the Desert fans you aren't going to want to miss out on this incredible event this Saturday, August 26th. . This is the perfect event for the entire family to attend. Churches get your youth groups together and go out and have great encouragement and fellowship.

Don't miss Awaken The Desert this Saturday in Monahans presented by The Hogg Ranch with special help from Monhans Kid Zone, Monahans Community Church, Olive Street Ministry, and the Monhahans Chamber of Commerce.  The event will be held at 1009 W. 10th and will be open from 10 a.m. until midnight.  This event is absolutely free and open to the public. Bring your lawn chairs and blanket and get ready to have a great time. Activities and music will be going on all throughout the day.

The headlining artist Lecrae has an incredible story to tell. He was raised by a single mother and at age 16 began using drugs and getting into trouble for stealing and getting into drugs. He carried his grandmother's bible with him as a good luck charm and when a cop that busted him discovered it.
