Food trucks seem to be all the rage these days and most food trucks are better than restaurants, and you get to try a variety of different types of food. So I am going to begin a series call Food Truck Travel. I am going to go around the Permian Basin and check out local food trucks, so I am going to need your help. I am going to need you to point me in the direction of your favorite food trucks. Who has the best burgers? Who has the best seafood? Who has the best tacos? Who has the best desserts? Who has the drinks? Which one is the healthiest?

I need you guys to tell me all of these things, Each and every food truck has something unique about it and I want to find out what that is.

. They are a food truck run by two guys who grew up in Odessa. Each item on the menu is named after someone who means something to them. I think that is really cool.

They are what they say they are, a meat truck. Their signature meats are smoked brisket bourbon infused and pineapple infused chicken. Just about everything on their menu features their breakfast.

The one thing I tried was the The Buddy, it has the bourbon brisket pickles and onions and their bacon jam, but y'all know I didn't get the bacon jam, and a homemade bun. The sandwich was good but oh my the buns were amazing. I can't wait to try more of menu items. The Crazy Mo, which has mac and cheese on a brisket sandwich, The Fowler which is a chicken sandwich and The Swinney, which is a good fashion cheese burger.

I can I will definitely visit Fat Heads Meat truck again.

Don't forget to point me in the direction of your favorite food truck.
