What rock have I been under? How did I miss such exciting news? It must have been between Midland is (finally) getting a Chuy's and the Easter Bunny will be here soon. Either way, I spaced on the fact that Odessa is getting a Crumbl Cookies! It wasn't until I happened to be in the area that it is going to be in that I saw the signage and did a double-take.
Excuse you, Crumbl Cookie people, I did not get a personal note informing me that this fabulosity was now coming to Odessa. Yep right there on 42nd and JBS, where WingStop used to be, a few doors down from AT&T. It will soon have its own little corner. How soon? JUNE. Forget hot girl summer. Hot cookie summer is coming!
As you can see, our family doesn't need an excuse to grab that pink box.
