Don’t Miss Midland In Midland

We are so excited about the band Midland returning to Midland.  The band Midland will be live at the Hacienda Event Center, on Friday, April 26th with special guest Dylan Gossett.

Midland is currently out on their "Up In Texas" tour!  You don't want to miss this show, as there will be a very special surprise for the band that night. The "Up In Texas" tour will take the guys all across the state through May and then they will move on to festival season and travel around the country.

People often ask how the band Midland got their name. No, the guys aren't from here or have any ties to Midland, TX.  They got their name from a Dwight Yokum song called "Fair to Midland."  The band was formed in 2014 in Dripping Spring, which is a town outside of Austin.

How They Came Together!

Jess Carson and Cameron Duddy, both guitar players, in several bands, while living in Los Angeles. After Jess Carson left L.A. Cameron became friends with Mark Wystrach. All three guys didn't know each other until they met up for Cameron Duddy's wedding where Mark and Jeff were groomsmen. They met up a week before the wedding and started picking and playing together. The guys then decided to record some songs and after that, they decided to officially become a band.
