Does Anyone Else Feel Short Changed By the New Starbucks Cup? Are They Getting Smaller?

Has anyone noticed a change at Starbucks? Every Friday morning I try to go to Starbucks and get a Venti white chocolate mocha. I don't always make it but I consider that to be my end-of-the-week treat.

I typically always order on the app ahead of time because on Friday mornings you never know if there is going to be a line or not and if you know me I don't give a lot of time to spare in the morning getting to work. I know I have done a morning show for over 18 years but that still has not made me a morning person.

My whole Starbucks game was thrown off several weeks ago when the Starbucks I normally go to changed their hours and started opening at 8, so I started going to a different one.

Two weeks ago I ordered on the app just like I always do, arrived at Starbucks, and got my coffee. By the time I got to the office, I was looking at my cup and thought this cup doesn't look the same. I checked my order to make sure I had ordered the right thing and I had. I looked at the sticker and it said Venti on it. I thought maybe they were just out of normal cups and gave me a tall. Last Friday, I ordered the same thing on the app and made sure it said, Venti. I arrived to find the same smaller-looking cup. I told the barista that I had ordered a Venti and she said that was the new Venti cup, they had changed them. The new Venti cup is now shorter and wider but was the exact same. HUH???? I don't know if I am buying it. I don't feel like I am getting the same amount of

coffee.

Has anyone else noticed this? Do you think it's the same? I have tried doing some research but I haven't been able to find anything that would confirm or deny this.
