Located in a historic building in downtown Plano you will find a restaurant named Urban Crust. Urban Crust serves authentic wood-fired pizza as well as other authentic Italian dishes. At the top of the restaurant, you will find a rooftop bar but it's not just any bar its actually a 32-degree bar. I don't mean the temperature is 32 degrees, but the bar itself is 32 degrees, it is made out of solid ice. All cocktails are served at 32 degrees and you can set them on the bar to keep them cold. Shots are served at -5 and one of their beer taps is covered in ice.

Those who visit the bar love to doodle, draw, and write on the ice on the bar because it can be wiped away for the next guest. The drink menu includes classic cocktails like margaritas and mules, plus an extensive list of wine, beer, and spirits. You can also order food at the bar, so feel free to head upstairs instead of dining in the main restaurant area first.
