“Big Huck” Chris Smith Gone Too Soon
It is with heavy hearts that have to pass on the news of the passing of "Big Huck" Chris Smith.
As you know BIg Huck spent some time here with us at LoneStar 92. He stepped up and came to our team for a while after Micheal Todd moved away. You may also know him from Rockin Rodeo. He was the DJ for years.
I first met Big Huck at Graham Central Station. He worked for GBE for many years as on of their IT people, but because of his love of music and people he also moved out from behind the scenes.
I do not know all of the details. I do know that he had been experiencing some health problems over the past few months and wasn't able to recover from them.
Our hearts and prayers go out to Big Huck's family. He was such a sweet guy, a big ol' teddy bear. Definitely gone way too soon.
