Are You A Doomscroller

I learned a new word today, doomscrolling. I had no idea what that meant or that is was even a word.

That's the new term for when you can't stop scrolling through depressing news about the crisis.  Don't do it right before bed, for the same reason you might not want to watch a horror movie.

I wouldn't say that I necessarily doomscroll. I definitely don't go looking for bad news. I know that there are some people out there who do.

Also dictionary.com has added "rona" as on official word, it is defined as a nick name for coronavirus.
