Am I missing something?

I was just driving around and I saw this.  Where I am from, we mow the grass with shoes on.  We use a lawnmower.

It was wet out too.  I don't think the vacuum cleaner would be very effective?  Also, bare feet on wet grass?  If you had to write  a caption under this photo, what would it say?
