Adults will be punished for allowing alcohol

Parents in Odessa will be held responsible for allowing alcohol on site where underage kids are.  

The new ordinance is being called "Social Host Accountability".  I don't have kids, but I have to believe it's a difficult situation.  Some parents feel they can't stop it, but if they can at least monitor it (drinking) it's a "win".
