President and Governors Order Flags to Half Staff in Honor of Uvalde
President Biden, Texas Governor Greg Abbott, and Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson have all ordered US and state flags to be lowered to half staff until sunset on Saturday, May 28 in honor of the victims in Uvalde, Texas.
