The 2024 Odessa Shakespeare Festival has arrived!

Odessa Arts has partnered with Odessa College and the Texas Shakespeare Festival in Kilgore to bring you the festival from November 18th to the 23rd. This annual festival celebrates the legacy of William Shakespeare by bringing his iconic work to life. This event will take place at The Globe of the Great Southwest at Odessa College, a replica of Shakespeare's original Globe Theatre in London.

PERFORMANCES

Hamlet will be performed for the public on Friday, November 22 at 7:30 pm. Watch Prince Hamlet navigate his internal struggles and challenges in his quest to avenge his father's death. Be ready to be captivated with rich characters and emotional scenes.

Shakespeare's Greatest Hits will be performed on Saturday, November 23 at 7:30 pm. This event is perfect for the whole family! There will be audience participation and a modern take on four of Shakespeare's greatest plays. Expect romance from Romeo and Juliet and hilarious antics from A Midsummer Night's Dream.

TICKETS

General admissions tickets for the performances will be $10. Odessa Arts members, students, and teachers are $5
