Central Bell County Firefighters Save An Icy Owl
While many of us were still frozen in our homes, Central Bell County firefighters were out in the ice on a mission to save an injured owl. The calls came in from Chalk Ridge Falls Park, where several people were trying to save an owl that appeared to be injured.
Sparky the Owl
Central Bell County Assistant Fire Chief Burzesi got in touch with Texas Game Wardens to report that the injured owl had been found, and to find out the best way to capture it. When all was said and done, Sparky the owl was safely captured and taken to the local nonprofit wildlife rehab center “All About Exotic Wildlife.”
Sparky, The Great Horned Owl
